A novel iron-based superconductor synthesized by the ion exchange technique

Abstract The superconductivity of the FeSe-based superconductor is extremely sensitive to Fe vacancies in FeSe plane. In order reduce formation plane, various low-temperature methods are developed. However, it still complex and time consuming control concentration. Here, a hybrid iron-based superconductor, Li 0.21 Se 0.05 (EG) 0.26 (EG: ethylene glycol, C 2 H 6 O ), synthesized by solvothermal ion-exchange technique using nearly vacancy-free precursor (TBA) 0.3 as matrix. Bulk with transition temperature ( T c ) 30 K confirmed characterization magnetic susceptibility resistivity measurements. Compared pristine single crystal, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results show decrease valence, indicating that electron doping plane accounts for increase . Our result suggests FeSe, large distance between adjacent planes, good template candidate synthesis other superconductors ion exchange technique.
